"Enjoy the class structure"
“CrossFit has far exceeded my expectations. I am only about a month into it but I have noticed a big improvement in my endurance, strength and flexibility. Getting up early to hit my class is something that I want to do not something I feel like I have to do. I really enjoy the class structure, the variety of workouts and how positive & encouraging the coaches are. It’s hard to imagine CrossFit not being part of my daily routine.”
