I love the 1 hour workouts, having multiple opportunities throughout the day to catch a class, the proximity to my home, the challenging and dynamic exercises, and the awesome community.”
“Josh and I joined CrossFit Dunwoody as Founders members back in October. It has been a totally positive addition to our family life and marriage. I have always been active, but when the standard gym sessions with weights and cardio became boring and too time consuming, I stopped working out completely. Joining CrossFit Dunwoody recharged my love of fitness with challenging coach-led sessions in a fun environment. Not only am I accomplishing fitness goals I never thought I could, I met a family of people to support me along my journey. A special thank you to Coach Amber for her amazing guidance. Her one-one-one sessions elevated my performance even more, and I am performing at a level that exceeds anything I have ever done. Her specialized programming zeroed in on my weaknesses and addressed them head on.
I had extreme strength imbalances due to surgery as well as limited mobility. I started training with Amber and my body feels amazing. I am moving better than I ever have in my life. I play tennis twice a week and my teammates are in awe about my mobility and endurance. Plus they love my “active stretching”. Amber has changed my life!!!

I am probably one of the oldest members there – but I still feel like I fit in. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t as brutal of a workout as I thought it would be! The coaches answer all of your questions and make modifications if you just aren’t ready for a certain lift or movement. On the other hand, they are always pushing you to do your best, and strive for tougher goals.
