KICKSTART PROGRAM

We HIGHLY recommend all novice CrossFitters begin with our KickStart program. Our KickStart program includes two options: Basic and Comprehensive.

Basic KickStart:

  • The foundation of knowledge in CrossFit movements, terminology and class structure¬†
  • An understanding of variance, functional movements, and levels of intensity and to inspire the confidence to participate in group classes.¬†

Comprehensive KickStart (includes the Basic KickStart plus):

  • A movement screen identifying mobility/flexibility limitations
  • Tailored instruction based on results of movement screen, with a clear understanding of how to modify movements as needed¬†
  • Additional skill work: running technique, breath and bracing
  • Two-hour sessions for a more in-depth discussion of needs and instruction
