KICKSTART PROGRAM

FOR NOVICE CROSSFITTERS

We HIGHLY recommend all novice CrossFitters begin with our KickStart program. Our KickStart program includes: two sessions, 1-on-1 with one of our Coaches. These sessions are one hour each and cover the foundational movements that are integral to CrossFit training. The purpose of these sessions is to prepare each athlete for a smooth, safe transition into our Group CrossFit Classes.

The KickStart Program is not mandatory—each class is led by an experienced Coach and we program each of our workouts with three levels of difficulty, ranging from experienced to novice, so anyone, regardless of experience, can comfortably participate in any class. But, if you are new to CrossFit, we HIGHLY recommend you start with our KickStart program.
