Why I Coach: The relationships. CrossFit has the capacity to transform someone’s life in nearly every possible way – mentally, physically, relationally – and it’s such a gift to be a part of that process for people I love.
Fun Fact: I set a yearly goal to read the number of books that corresponds with the last two digits of the year we are in, and it’s one of my favorite resolutions for growth.
