Turn & Burn (Calories)

21 minute AMRAP

In Teams of 3, Row for Max Calories. After you get off the rower, you must perform 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20) (L3/L2) or 10 Burpees (L1) before you can rest/get back on the rower.

For example: Partner 1 Rows for cals, then they get off and do 10 Burpee BJO and Partner 2 gets on rower. Partner 2 gets off and does 10 Burpee BJO and Partner 3 gets on rower. So on and so forth… As a team, you will decide how long you row, rest, etc.
