**You will record a weight for each ’round’. It will be the minimum weight performed for each movement, with Farmers Carry being round 1, Waiters walk being round 2, etc., etc.
We want to use the maximum weight possible for each exercise while maintaining great form. You can (and should) use different weights for some of these exercises.
