Pracitice Handstand Skills

Handstand Holds- Wallfacing or Backfacing, Freestanding HS Holds(use a partner or coach), HS Walks, Pike Walks(Feet on Box), Kipping HSPU technique(nothing fatiguing)

Inverted Strolls (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

8 Minute AMRAP(L3)

3 Toes 2 Bar

3 HSPU/1 Wall Walk

*Add 3 reps each round/1 rep to Wall walks. So next round would be 6 Toes 2 Bar and 6 HSPU or 2 Wall Walks

8 Minute AMRAP(L2)

3 Knees to Chest/Armpits

3 Wall Walks(to as high as capable)

8 Minute AMRAP(L1)

3 Hanging Knee Raises/Toes 2 Post

3 Hand Release Pushups
