All standards must be met for an Rx score. If you use an ab mat, you must elevate your hands with a plate.

20 minute AMRAP (L2)

5 HSPU with ab mat assitance or 10 HR Push-ups

20 Air Squats

15 Jumping Pull-ups

20 minute AMRAP (L1)

10 HR Push-ups

20 Air Squats

15 Ring Rows
