"Accomplishing Fitness Goals with 1-1 Sessions"
I have always been active, but when the standard gym sessions with weights and cardio became boring and too time consuming, I stopped working out completely. Joining CrossFit Dunwoody recharged my love of fitness with challenging coach-led sessions in a fun environment. Not only am I accomplishing fitness goals I never thought I could, I met a family of people to support me along my journey. A special thank you to Coach Amber for her amazing guidance. Her one-one-one sessions elevated my performance even more, and I am performing at a level that exceeds anything I have ever done. Her specialized programming zeroed in on my weaknesses and addressed them head on.
