SWIMBUDDY (AMRAP – Rounds)
In a 2 man Swimbuddy team, perform AMRAP in 20:05 of:
2 Clean & Jerk (165/105)
8 Deadlift (165/105)
2 Clean & Jerk (135/85)
8 Deadlift (135/85)
2 Double DB Clean & Jerk (choose weight)
8 Double DB Deadlifts (same weight as above)
In an alternating sequence, 1 athlete will perform flutter kicks while the other athlete completes a round of work.
This is a tribute WOD to benefit the Lone Survivor Foundation, the Boot Campaign and the United Warrior Survivors Foundation while honoring the lives and sacrifices of the Fallen Heroes of Operation Redwings. NEVER FORGET!
