2-3 Sets at an easy non strenous pace

5 Slow Inchworms(force legs to be as straight as possible, try and pause with hands in between feet)

15 Banded Goodmornings(use black or purple)

1 Minute Pigeon Stretch(if tight back perform box pigeon or figure 4 stretch on back against wall)

1 Minute Banded Hip Flexor Stretch(important to hit both sides, if I loosen my hamstrings I need to loosen my quads/hip flexors as well)
