AFTET EVERY SET OF BENCH, PERFORM 10 RING ROWS (MAKE THEM HARD) AMD 10 V-UPS.
*Perform all 5 sets at same weight (approx 75-80%), only increase/decrease if you misjudged by a lot. One set every 3 minutes.
**Big Class: one group start on RDL’s, one group start on Bench.
Romanian Deadlift (RDL) (5-5-5-5-5)
AFTER EVERY SET OF RDLS, PEFORM 10 BOX JUMPS (GO HIGH) AND 20 RUSSIAN TWISTS WITH SLAMBALL.
Same weight all 5 sets, approx 75-80%. One set every 3 minutes.
Big class – one group starts on bench, the other on RDL’s.
