Squat Clean (2-2-2-2-2)

Perform a set every 2 minutes, must be touch and go. No dropping and resetting in between reps. Start light and build to something heavy

*For jumping pullups head must be 6 or more inches below pullup bar
Goals/Stimulus:

Cleans- go heavy, quick singles

Pullups- breaking in 1 or 2 sets, ex. 3-3-3 or 5-4. Avoid singles on first 2 rounds.

Run- Consistent for 2 rounds, sprint the last run
