Perform a set every 2 minutes

Death by Deadlift/Burpees (AMRAP – Reps)

Death by Deadlift/Burpees EMOM

Min 1: 4 Deadlifts + 1 Lateral Burpee Over Bar

Min 2: 4 Deadlifts + 2 Lateral Burpee Over Bar

Min 3: 4 Deadlifts + 3 Lateral Burpee Over Bar

Min 4: 4 Deadlifts + 4 Lateral Burpee Over Bar

Min 5: 4 Deadlifts + 5 Lateral Burpee Over Bar

*Continuing adding 1 rep to the burpees each round until failure to complete reps within the minute.

*Use 50% of 1RM. Goal is atleast 10 rounds
Score is total burpees completed.
