All novices to CrossFit are required to take part in our KickStart Program: Three Sessions, 1-on-1 with one of our Expert Coaches. These sessions are 1 Hour each and cover the foundational movements that are integral to CrossFit training. The purpose of these sessions to prepare each Athlete for a smooth, safe transition into our Group CrossFit Classes.
