L2: single unders or single single double, 53/35 GOBLET SQUATS, straight leg raises

L3: singles, choose a weight for KB/DB GOBLET SQUATS, knee raises, 800m run
SPLIT REPS HOWEVER YOU SEE FIT BUT ALL REPS OF EACH EXERCISE MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE MOVING TO THE NEXT.
