*Run 200m after each Round, DOUBLE the reps of each exercise after each round

1 Inverted Box Push-ups

2 Pull-ups or Ring Rows

3 Goblet Squats (44/26)

*Run 200m after each Round, DOUBLE the reps of each exercise after each round

AMRAP 18 in Teams of 2 (L1)

1 Box Push-ups

2 Pull-ups or Ring Rows

3 Goblet Squats (35/17)

*Run 200m after each Round, DOUBLE the reps of each exercise after each round
*Both Partners Run together. Split other work up as desired, only one partner can work at a time, can’t move to next exercise until the other is complete (Like a chipper…).
