Tabata for Max Reps (L3/L2)
Box Jump Overs (24/20)
Step Overs instead of BJO (choose height)
*Each tabata will be for 12 rounds, 20 seconds, 10 seconds off. Rest 2 minutes between each exercise. Score is total of all reps performed.
**For big classes, have groups start at different stations.
COACHES: Use the Tabata setting on the clock, and set it to 12 rounds per Tabata, Number of Tabatas = 3, Rest between Tabatas = 2 minutes.
