Run, Row or Bike for Max Distance
Partners will choose one modality for the entirety of 20 minutes. One partner works at a time. When working, you should be working near max capacity. Short intervals, big effort.

Run: Suggested you run in 200m or 300m intervals.

Row: Suggested you row for a set period of time, 1:00 – 1:15 intervals with FAST transitions.

Bike: Suggested you bike in 800m intervals.
