For Max Rounds (L3) Rx+

Minute 1 – 1 American KB Swing (70/44)

Minute 2 – 2 Wall Balls (20/14)

Minute 3 – 3 KB Swings

Minute 4 – 4 Wall Balls

Minute 5 – 5 KB Swings

Minute 6 – 6 Wall Balls

so on and so forth until you cannot complete the prescribed number of reps for that minute.

For Max Rounds (L2) Rx

Minute 1 – 1 American KB Swing (53/35)

Minute 2 – 2 Wall Balls (20/14)

Minute 3 – 3 KB Swings

Minute 4 – 4 Wall Balls

Minute 5 – 5 KB Swings

Minute 6 – 6 Wall Balls

so on and so forth until you cannot complete the prescribed number of reps for that minute.

For Max Rounds (L1)

Minute 1 – 1 American KB Swing (choose your weight)

Minute 2 – 2 Wall Balls (choose your weight)

Minute 3 – 3 KB Swings

Minute 4 – 4 Wall Balls

Minute 5 – 5 KB Swings

Minute 6 – 6 Wall Balls

so on and so forth until you cannot complete the prescribed number of reps for that minute.
*Scoring: Your score will be the last full minute you complete. Only complete rounds count.*

*Big Classes: If need be, share equipment and have one person start on Wall Balls and the other on KB Swings and just switch back and forth. I already did the math, it works out the same so don’t sweat it because trust me, you will sweat.*
