Rep Scheme is the Fibonacci Sequence. Yes, we are skipping the 0 and first 1.

Scoring: Each time you complete the Swings, Lunges, and HSPU is 1 round. Count reps for the partial round.

HSPU: If you are still working HSPU, do as many as you can and then switch to a modfication. Don’t get stuck on HSPU (i.e. doing 1 rep and resting 30 seconds before next rep) because of your RX ego. Move on to a modification and keep getting a great workout.

Accessory Work

Pull-up Negatives: Perform 3 max time negatives. If you are already proficient in pull-ups, try to make each negative last 30 seconds… If you are not ready for negatives on the pull-up bar, perform ring row negatives.

Ab Challenge can’t be done until negatives are complete.
