Death by Thruster (AMRAP – Reps)
Death by Thrusters Rx 95/65
1st Minute- 1 Thruster
2nd Minute- 2 Thruster
3rd Minute- 3 Thruster
4th Minute- 4 Thruster
5th Minute- 5 Thruster
Continue going until failure to complete the correct amount of reps for the given minute.
If failure to complete up to the 10th minute drop to performing 4 Thrusters each minute until you hit 12 Minutes.
Choose weight. Can use dumb bells if you prefer.
