Build to a Heavy Single. Listen to your body. Perform a set every 2.5-3 minutes.

Plank City (2020) (AMRAP – Rounds)

Minute 1: Left Hand Plank

Minute 2: Plank in Push-up

Minute 3: Right Hand Plank

Minute 4: Plank on Elbows

Minute 5: Left Elbow Plank

Minute 6: Plank on Elbows

Minute 7: Right Elbow Plank

Minute 8: Plank in Push-up

Same as above, but perform plank for :30 or :45 sec and rest remainder before switching
Score is the number of minutes completed before breaking. A perfect score is 8.
