In our Crossfit program we lift things: barbells, kettlebells, balls, dumb bells; we move our bodyweight: push-ups, pull-ups, ring rows, box jumps, and burpees; and we do cardio: we run, we row, we bike, and we jump rope. These movements are mixed in a unique way each day to provide a new and exciting workout from the previous days. We rarely repeat workouts to make sure that you never get bored and you body never gets bored.
