Clean (3-3-3-3-3)

Squat or Power. Begin to develop the skill that you always pull the bar as high as possible – for lighter weight you’ll catch it in the power position, for heavier weight, you’ll catch it in the squat position.

Get warmed up. Then build to a heavy triple. These ARE TOUCH AND GO. One set every 2 minutes, stay on schedule even if you are sharing a bar. Move fast and get it done.
