Scaling: CHALLENGE YOURSELF. Just because you can’t do 5 pull-ups or 10 push-ups for the entire workout doesn’t mean you should start Round 1 with a scaled option. You can scale as the workout progresses.
Pull-up Scaling Options: Jumping Pull-ups, Banded Pull-ups, Ring Rows
Push-up Scaling options: Box Push-ups (or banded push-ups if there is room).
