Tomorrow is a TESTING DAY. We want to be as fresh as possible. If you are going to be here tomorrow, crush the WOD, do the Ab Challenge, perform some mobility and be ready to rock tomorrow. If you will not be here tomorrow and want a little extra, then perform a 1k row for time.
