Amped Up (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 25 in Teams of 3 (L3):

10 C2B Pull-ups

20 HSPU

30 HR Push-ups

40 Pull-ups

50 Air Squats

*Split reps as desired. Partners switch off running 400m. 1 Round is finished when squats are completed.

AMRAP 25 in Teams of 3 (L2):

10 Pull-ups

10 Wall Walks

30 HR Push-ups

40 Pull-ups/Ring Rows

50 Air Squats

*Split reps as desired. Partners switch off running 400m. 1 Round is finished when squats are completed.

50 Ring Rows

50 Box Push-ups

50 Air Squats

*Split reps as desired. Partners switch off running 400m. 1 Round is finished when squats are completed.
How this works: Partner 1 and Partner 2 work through the inside movements (splitting reps however they want) while Partner 3 runs 400m. When Partner 3 gets back, Partner 1 goes for a 400m run while Partner 2 and 3 continue to work through the inside movements.

Rain = 500m Row or .75 bike. All partners do the same thing.
